*Platinum Sponsors may choose to do their sponsored session live, or recorded. If the sponsor chooses to record their sponsored session, the deadline to submit their recording in a.mp4 or .mov file will be no later than 7 days before the conference (October 23rd). Sponsored sessions will be broken out into 10 total minutes. A sponsor may choose to use all 10 minutes for a presentation, or use some of the time for live question-and-answer with registrants.
